Former Indian cricket star Shikhar Dhawan has made headlines again this time not for a dazzling cover drive, but for a jaw-dropping real estate move. The total value of the property comes to nearly Rs 69 crore, which includes a base price of Rs 65.61 crore and a hefty stamp duty of Rs 3.28 crore. The sale agreement was officially registered on February 4, 2025.
The Dahlias, located in the upscale DLF Phase 5 on Golf Course Road, is part of a 17-acre high-end housing project featuring 420 ultra-premium apartments and penthouses. This marks DLF’s second mega-luxury development in the area, following the massive success of The Camellias. The developer is eyeing an ambitious revenue target of Rs 35,000 crore from the project.

Dhawan, who hung up his boots from all forms of cricket in October 2024, seems to be setting new goals off the pitch. The left-handed opener debuted for India in 2010 and played his final international match, an ODI against Bangladesh in 2022. While his cricketing journey may have concluded, his innings in the world of elite real estate has just begun.
