The grim discovery was made on Monday morning, when several lifeless monkeys were seen sprawled along the roadside. A viral video from the scene shows police officers cordoning off the area and launching an investigation into the mysterious deaths.

What unfolded next was even more disturbing preliminary investigations revealed that the monkeys had been shot with an air gun. Shockingly, the accused is said to be a foreign national residing in the nearby Janki Das Ashram. Eyewitnesses claim he was spotted with an air gun shortly before the incident occurred.
