The wait is finally over! The much-talked-about first look of Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa’s upcoming film Ek Deewane Ki Deewaaniyat has been unveiled, and fans now have a festive date to mark on their calendars as the film will hit theatres worldwide this Diwali, on 21st October 2025.

Harshvardhan Rane, who continues to ride high on the cult success of Sanam Teri Kasam earlier this year, is all set to return with another intense love story. Securing a prime Diwali release, a slot traditionally dominated by star-studded blockbusters speaks volumes about the buzz surrounding this project.

Touted as a Musical Obsessive Romantic Drama, the film is produced by Anshul Garg under his banner Desi Music Factory, with Raghav Sharma as co-producer. The story has been penned by Mushtaq Shaikh, while Milap Milan Zaveri, who co-wrote the film, steps into the director’s chair. Interestingly, this also marks Anshul Garg’s debut as a feature film producer, after making waves in the music industry with Desi Music Factory and Play DMF.

Talking about the project, director Milap Zaveri shared, “At its heart, this is a passionate love story. The chemistry between Harshvardhan and Sonam is electrifying, and I’m excited for audiences to witness it on the big screen this Diwali.”
The film also introduces Sonam Bajwa in a striking new avatar, paired opposite Harshvardhan Rane for the very first time. The poster alone showcasing their fiery chemistry has already set the tone for what promises to be a high-voltage mix of love, music, and drama.
